Family Law

At Gentle & Associates, we understand the quality of report required for family law court purposes. We have completed a large volume of residential valuations for Family Law Matters, and we are continuously nominated by two disputing parties to act as the 'Single Expert.' We are also available for court appearances in an Expert Witness capacity. 

Capital Gains Tax

We provide ‘current market' and ‘retrospective' valuations to determine your Capital Gains Tax. If an owner-occupier decides to rent out their principal place of residence, it is a requirement to have the property valued to assess future capital gains or losses.

Unit Entitlement Allocation Assessment

Recent amendments to the NSW Strata Titles Development Act and Strata Titles Management Act mean valuers are now responsible for the assessment of unit entitlements (UE) in new strata buildings, in older buildings that are converted to strata title, and for the redetermination of UE’s where the existing UE is considered unreasonable.
