What is the average turnaround time for a valuation?

The time taken to process a valuation report varies. Issues such as access to properties and dealing with tenants can increase the time it takes. However, all valuation requests are acted upon efficiently, and any "extremely urgent" requests can be catered for within the specified time frame.

How much does a valuation cost?

The valuation fee is dependent upon the type of property, the valuation amount, the location and the purpose the valuation is required. We regularly monitor the fee structure of our competitors in order to provide a very competitive fee.
